What Is The Difference Between Windows 7 Rc & Rtm Version In Terms Of Services That They Provide?

There are some software for example of TrueCrypt that I have tested that can be installed into Windows 7 RC version, but cannot be installed into Windows 7 RTM version.
I need to know what is the difference between these 2 version, in terms of their services and or another other factors that can attribute to such an error in the installation of TrueCrypt in Windows 7 RTM version.
Can anyone help?
