Xml Parsing Error On Boot Up?

When a friend of mine turns on their computer with Windows XP Home Edition they keep getting this Error Message…
“XML PARSING ERROR”
NasterDefs.xml:3: warning: failed to load external entity : “Colors.xml” %Colors;
Plus some other Error Messages with the XML references.
I THINK it has to do with Corel Office Suite. they had a “glitch” with the hard drive just before this Error started showing up, so I think that the drive may have scrambled some of the Corel Office files.
So, should they reinstall Corel Office or simply UNinstall Corel Office since they don’t use it?
