I am sure i have a virus in my computer, i have Norton 360 and whenever i run a scan with it, no matter how long i leave it, it never completes, the same with windows defender.
I tried downloading Malwarebytes anti-malware but once it did, it would not run. i received the error message; Malwarebytes anti-malware stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to this problem.
I then tried downloading SUPERantispyware with the same thing to happen.
I run with Windows Vista, please help but i can’t pay for other programs because i’m short on cash.
